                                                                                  TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. SERVICES
   Cleanova Pro Services LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services throughout Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC.

2. ESTIMATES & PRICING
   All quotes are estimates based on the information provided by the customer. Final pricing may change depending on the size, condition, or additional requested services at the property.

3. PAYMENT TERMS
   Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major payment methods including cash, debit, and credit cards.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY
   Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service amount.

5. ACCESS TO PROPERTY
   Customers must provide safe and legal access to the property, including access to electricity and water if required.

6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
   Customers are responsible for securing valuables, cash, jewelry, firearms, medications, and fragile items before service begins. Cleanova Pro Services LLC is not responsible for loss or damage to unsecured valuables.

7. DAMAGE & LIABILITY
   Any concerns regarding damages or service quality must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Liability for any proven damages directly caused by Cleanova Pro Services LLC shall be limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided.

8. PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS
   Cleanova Pro Services LLC is not responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper installation, unstable furniture, loose fixtures, deteriorated surfaces, or pre-existing conditions.

9. SAFE WORKING CONDITIONS
   We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if the environment is unsafe, hazardous, contains excessive biohazards, pests, or illegal materials.

10. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
    If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

11. INSURANCE
    Cleanova Pro Services LLC is insured and bonded in accordance with applicable business requirements.

12. GOVERNING LAW
    These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

13. AGREEMENT
    By scheduling or using our services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
